Details:
A bright orange Perseid meteor passing between Cygnus and Lyra. The meteor features a terminal burst (the final, bright flash as the meteor breaks apart) at the end of its trail. The meteor is pointing in the direction of the bright star Vega in Lyra. Shot taken at 01:41 UT on 31 July 2026 using a Canon 600D with 16mm lens at 10s exp, 16mm fl, f/2.0, ISO-800.
