Here is the sun from this morning in h-alpha recorded with the 127mm f/9.4 refractor, Quark-C/Lunt 40mm double stack filter, ASI174mm camera. The seeing was good. The bright split in sunspot 4479 with a thin dark line down the center reminds me of the crack running down the center of the Lunar Alpine Valley! 2-panel mosaic.
