Details:
I am not sure if these were noctilucent clouds or not. But they seemed very high above the other weather clouds in the picture. Picture was taken to the west into the sun. To the south out of frame the sky was blue without the wispy white clouds. Poor pictures taken with my phone thru my windshield.
