We will be able to obtain more detailed information when the comet comes into view of SOHO LASCO C3 on Friday, April 3, and it is expected to reach its perihelion on Saturday, April 4.
This week may be the final observation period for C/2026 A1 (MAPS). The outlook for this comet does not look good. We hope to see its final appearance within SOHO LASCO's view this Friday.
